Returns Policy


Once the goods are received it is very important that you check the product for damages at the time of delivery. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the goods are received in good condition, we can not be held liable for any goods that are reported damaged once the delivery has been signed for.

All goods must be checked upon arrival for damage, defect or unsuitability. All damages or short deliveries must be notified at the time of delivery and confirmed to us in writing, ideally via email, within 48 hours of receipt.

It is your right to cancel any order, however, this must be done within 7 days of the order being placed and if the goods have been received then the material must be returned to us, by you, at your expense.

The product must be returned to us in the condition that they were despatched from our premises. Upon return the goods will be inspected - to check for damages, and will we then consider a refund.

No refunds will be given on any product that is identified, on our website, as a Special Order.

In the event that you do wish to return any products then please contact us ASAP in writing, ideally by email, advising the details of your order, the product which you wish to return and the reason for return.

Cooling off period


A cooling-off period exists during which you have an unconditional right to cancel the contract.

This period is 7 days and could in effect delay your order, therefore, please make sure you advise us should you wish us to hold your order back from processing for the 7 day cooling off period.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
